As Head of Consultancy & Support, I am responsible for leading and developing the consultancy and support organization. The focus is on building and maintaining strong, knowledgeable teams that optimally support customers in using and further developing our software solutions.
An important part of the role is stimulating people development. I actively focus on improving the knowledge, certification and skills of colleagues and create a learning environment in which professional growth, ownership and quality are central. Through coaching, structure and continuous development, I ensure that teams possess up-to-date expertise and remain future-ready.
In addition, I guide the teams in software implementations, optimization and day-to-day support, and translate customer needs into sustainable solutions. In close collaboration with product management, development and sales, I contribute to consistent service delivery, process improvement and long-term customer relationships.
