Process optimization is a real passion of mine; I thrive on making things more efficient and better. And this extends to my personal development as well. I’m always eager to learn and grow, which is why I’m also increasingly developing my skills in consultancy. Plus, every break, I’m aiming to become a table tennis champion. Sports are a big part of my life—I love padel, and when winter hits, you’ll find me heading to Austria to go snowboarding.
