Hecker

We used Microsoft Access as our company system for a long time. But as we grew and more people started working in it, the system slowed down and eventually became unworkable.
That’s when we got in touch with CSplus. Together, we explored what was available on the market — always in line with our needs. In the end, we decided to invest in a custom-built system.

Now we have one integrated solution for accounts receivable, accounts payable and our equipment. This allows us to plan effectively for customers and automatically trigger the invoicing process. Our business costs and revenues are now clearly visible, which really helps with steering the company in the right direction.

Koreman

Over the years, we’ve automated a large part of our administration and sales department. Sander and Jeroen have guided and advised us throughout this process.
We use AccountView, which is intuitive and easy to get used to. As a result, we now work more efficiently and need fewer FTEs. One of the major steps we’ve taken is moving from handwritten job orders to digital ones, thanks to a custom-built Job Order application.

Of course, building something tailor-made comes with its ups and downs — but the end result is absolutely worth it. We’ve caught up with the times. Our customers now get a much clearer view of the work done and materials used, and our office staff can act faster and more efficiently too.

Luxlight

We started out small, and over the years we’ve used various business software tools to support our processes.
At some point, we were working with several different systems loosely connected to exchange data. With our ambitions for the future in mind, we decided it was time to modernise our software landscape.

After a series of strategic sessions with Grard and Sander — who gave us honest advice on the pros and cons of standard software versus Personal Business Software — we decided to invest in building our own system. It’s still in development, but we’re very pleased with the collaboration and the process so far.

Jupiter Uitzendbureau

As a staffing agency working primarily with labour migrants, it’s crucial for us to have our administration in perfect order.
CSplus developed tailor-made business software to optimise this for us. We operate our own international recruitment offices. Once a candidate is hired through one of these offices, the system ensures that all necessary documents are securely shared with the new employee.

We also provide housing for our workers, and all relevant documents, contracts, photos, and videos related to the onboarding process can be safely uploaded and stored. The system gives us clear insight into when the new employee will arrive in the Netherlands and how their work journey is progressing.

Because we must comply with strict legal regulations, this system helps us store everything in line with the latest standards — making it easier to meet those legal requirements. On top of that, the software significantly reduces our administrative workload and manual tasks.
