VanLier

As a footwear brand with international sales, it is crucial for our operations to have a fast and seamless integration between our own systems and the platforms where we sell our products. CSplus has ensured that our automation regarding integrations works swiftly and accurately. They developed an activation portal that allows us to quickly switch between our own (inventory) systems and external platforms. We can now fully automate and quickly list our products on platforms such as Zalando, Amazon, and AboutYou. It’s also great that this takes a lot of manual and administrative work off our hands.

Tankcleaning

We use AccountView, and CSplus is our partner in this. In our company, we have a weighbridge. We use it ourselves, but third parties are also welcome to use it for weighing their freight. For a while, handling the invoicing for third parties was a manual task. Thanks to CSplus, we have now implemented an integration that automates the invoicing for the use of the weighbridge by third parties. It’s very convenient for us that this is now included in AccountView, and the invoice is automatically sent to the customer. We can definitely recommend AccountView and the services of CSplus. They are a great partner to work with.

Luxlight

Grard has created integrations for our existing systems, which has saved us around 4 FTEs in overhead for several years. Our business software was SuperOffice and Exact. By having Orbis bring the necessary data between these systems, we were able to work more efficiently. As a further improvement, the CSplus team created an OrderEntry portal, which allowed order data to be directly placed in all the necessary systems and areas within the organization. To make our operations even more efficient, a further integration was made, allowing packing slips and transport data to be quickly and directly communicated between us, our transport partner, and an external supplier. These integrations have enabled us to work faster, better, and more efficiently within the organization.
