Grard has created integrations for our existing systems, which has saved us around 4 FTEs in overhead for several years. Our business software was SuperOffice and Exact. By having Orbis bring the necessary data between these systems, we were able to work more efficiently. As a further improvement, the CSplus team created an OrderEntry portal, which allowed order data to be directly placed in all the necessary systems and areas within the organization. To make our operations even more efficient, a further integration was made, allowing packing slips and transport data to be quickly and directly communicated between us, our transport partner, and an external supplier. These integrations have enabled us to work faster, better, and more efficiently within the organization.
