We had a speed issue with the AccountView application that we couldn’t resolve with our application partner. On the recommendation of our IT partner Systemec, we contacted CSplus for advice. Sander from CSplus then provided his expertise, and the speed issue was resolved quickly. Two years later, we reached out again to ask for assistance in optimizing the SQL database. Since then, for the past nine months, we’ve made CSplus our partner for the AccountView application in the BU Logistics department. Now, we have a monthly consultancy meeting where we discuss potential optimization opportunities. Additionally, we continue to gain insights during the knowledge sessions and become more efficient in using the system thanks to the in-company training provided by Jeroen.
Since the DOS version, we’ve been working with AccountView at Burgerkracht. CSplus has been with us through all the developments and has always been a reliable and honest partner. Back then, everything ran through a local server, and over time, we’ve increasingly modernized and optimized our system. We’ve also made some personal adjustments to make the program even more efficient for us. For instance, all colleagues can now directly enter expense claims and attach receipts. We also had some reports created, making it very easy for project managers to see how many hours have been booked on a project. We are very happy with the long-standing, strong relationship.
