In our company, we had several standard software packages running and an online quote portal that had been created by another IT company. We were not satisfied with it. The portal had a much too complex configurator, which negatively impacted our other processes. We sat down with Grard and conducted an analysis of all our business processes. Based on that analysis, we developed a plan on how to best automate our company and processes. This resulted in a new quote configurator, created by Grard and Jurgen.

Over the years, we have automated a large part of our administration and sales department, with advice and guidance from Sander and Jeroen. We use AccountView for this, and it didn’t take long to get the hang of it. As a result, we’ve become more efficient and reduced the number of FTEs required. We’ve moved from handwritten work orders to digital work orders through a custom-built Work Order Application. Although it was a process with its ups and downs due to the need for customization, it resulted in a great outcome. We are now able to keep up with the times. Not only do our customers have a better overview of the work and materials used, but we in the office can also work more efficiently.
