What Sander and the team at CSplus have implemented in our company is essential to our operations. Our foundation for administration is AccountView, and our entire logistics process is integrated with it. We are a manufacturing company in the food industry, so there are strict requirements from quality certifications. AccountView and the integrations make it an ERP system where our finances, production, logistics, and inventory of finished and semi-finished products are all stored. We’ve been working with CSplus for over ten years. Before CSplus, we had another Exact partner, but the chemistry had disappeared. CSplus was one of the three companies we spoke with, and it was the personal contact we had with them that ultimately made the difference. Our ERP system is Exact, and we use Boxwise as our WMS. But sometimes, we want something a little different than what’s offered in these standard software solutions. When that happens, we discuss it, a functional design is made, and we explore the possibilities. For example, they developed and implemented an RMA module for us, which has optimized our product return process. Many of our colleagues are very happy with this; it saves a lot of manual work, and we’re confident that communication with the customer always runs smoothly. Logistical processes are a big part of our company. As a shoe brand with multiple sales channels, it’s essential that we have a clear overview of inventory availability. Together with CSplus, we looked at all optimization opportunities in terms of automation across the entire supply chain. One of the developments we implemented is the introduction of a scanning system in the warehouse. This works directly with our ERP system, Exact. As a result, we’re always up-to-date with our inventory on our own sales channels, and thanks to the connections made by CSplus, this also applies to external platforms like Zalando, Amazon, and About You.
