New developments in AccountView

Since 2003, we’ve been delivering Visma’s AccountView. Until recently, you needed your own server to run AccountView. But thanks to the power and popularity of the product, Visma has now decided to offer hosting themselves — one-stop shopping, in other words. One licence that covers both the software and the hosting.

To make things even easier, Visma has simplified the licence structure. Clear bundles with a fixed price per user per month, so you know exactly what to expect.

At CSplus, we recently did a comparison study using a business case where the client was working with Exact Online. With six users, they were paying around € 900 a month — and still the solution couldn’t meet all their needs. This client needed to invoice subscriptions with composite items, keep track of inventory for parts, and show a breakdown of all lines on the sales invoice. All standard in AccountView — but not in other solutions.

Persoonlijk advies voor AccountView als totaaloplossing

Vanuit CSplus hebben we voor u een “vergelijkend waren onderzoek” gehouden met een businesscase waarbij de klant gebruikmaakt van Exact Online. Met zes gebruikers is de klant  ze voor Exact Online ongeveer € 900,- per maand kwijt, terwijl de oplossing niet eens alle behoeftes in kon vullen. Bij deze klant worden abonnementen met samengestelde artikelen gefactureerd, dient voorraad bijgehouden te worden van de onderdelen en een implosie van de regels op de verkoopfactuur.
